Sometimes we just get stuck. Hitting a wall at work, feeling off-balance in our relationship or ignoring our wellbeing - there are moments in life when things just don't feel quite right. This can lead to spirals of reduced productivity, unhealthy behaviours, overly critical thinking and general frustration and unhappiness.

Breaking out of these cycles can be difficult alone; loved ones can provide support, but talking to an impartial person often brings more clarity. I call this the barman effect - everything seems a little clearer after a chat to the stranger behind the bar.

Coaching does just that: it offers a safe, non-judgemental setting to talk about where you are now, where you want to go and how you are going to adapt to create the life of your dreams.

Kat has the ability to make one see things from a different perspective. Her ability to push you out of your comfort zone and hold you accountable is simply incredible.
